I am going to assume that you are new to this process of growing plants.  So I will be addressing some of the questions I have heard the most during my years working as a nurseryman.

If you want to start hydroponic growing indoors it is really not that difficult.  This approach to gardening was discovered over a century ago.  Some of the advantages that researchers came across benefit the grower in many ways.  It is economical, it requires less maintenance and the end result is a much higher quality plant.

The reasons why so many choose this method of growing plants is endless.  We could sit here all day discussing the benefits of it.  So I am going to share a few of them with you.  The following choices seem to stand out most with people who have looked into hydroponic gardening indoors.

If you are going to use this process of growing plants it will not require any sunlight.  You will need to purchase some led lights when you are getting set up that can be found at a local store.  If not, you can find them online at reasonable prices.  So even if it is a cloudy day outside, your plants will still be growing.

One of the top reasons people choose hydroponic gardening indoors is because of the money they save.  It is economical in so many ways.  Using this method of planting does not require any soil or big pots if you do not have a back yard to start with.  Another money saver is that you will not be using gallons of water that dry up in a few days or sink down into the soil.  Hydroponic gardening indoors uses the same water over and over.  Which brings up another advantage.

Over the years working as a nurseryman I keep finding one thing that people overlook.  Feeding the plants on a regular basis.  Hydroponic gardening indoors takes care of this problem as well.  Because the water that is used over and over in this method will have food in it already.  If you have followed the instructions in the process of setting up your garden.

The advantage of hydroponic gardening indoors is adding a plant food to the water that has micro nutrients in it.  Which is absorbed by the roots of the plants as it is continually pumped through the system.  So the roots never have a chance to dry out and are always taking in nutrients.

With hydroponic gardening indoors you will not have a problem with pests.  Whether it is the cat next door digging in your garden or all the bugs that can come by and eat the foliage.  Which will require a lot of time and maintenance on your part to keep them looking good.

So hydroponic gardening indoors has many advantages that growing plants in soil outside does not.

As a nurseryman I have covered a few of the advantages.  I feel these instructions will get you started on your hydroponic gardening indoors.
